By accessing or using TripBoard you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
TripBoard is a group trip coordination platform that helps people manage logistics, expenses, packing lists, and tasks for shared trips.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TripBoard to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the service.
- Scrape or extract data from the platform without permission.
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without our prior consent.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create in TripBoard. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your trip collaborators.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripBoard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TripBoard after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
9. Privacy
Your use of TripBoard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which TripBoard operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
